Many a times, especially the toilet stains, natural products like home-ready stuffs work (although this does depend on the state of the stain as well). Do try it out. Refer to this link, it explains point wise on what and how you could do.

clean tile floors and slate tile floors with warm water only. Cleanliness and keeping the dirt off them is essential with these types of floor surfaces as they become scratched and dull easily. You should also apply a liquid sealant found in hardware stores to slate and ceramic tile floors and also to the grout. Clean up spills promptly to avoid staining.

Using water only for keeping-up clean surface is great. What green solutions would you recommend for dirty tiles, as in "we are moving out in two months, who wants to clean that"?

Cleaning Stained Ceramic Floor Tiles.

Porcelain tile floor is one of the easiest floors to care for,as it does not need sealants or special cleaners. But the stains on the floor that you have mentioned seem something which are different from the normal house hold staining as you have used vinegar, baking powder, bleach etc.I believe all this is not required. It can be maintained only with vinegar and water. As for your problem,I feel you need to consult a professional to get rid of those stains.

My 2 cents would be to not use anything else on the floor until you get some expert advice on here. That's some pretty caustic stuff that has been put on the tiles that very well has caused further damage.

Have you contacted the contractor to come look at it? Any more info on the tiles' composition?

Good luck and sorry for the problem.
