Paint on tile

This is for my personal home, but when we had it painted before we moved in some paint got on the tile wall of the bathroom. This is not a very big spot and it is behind the bathroom door, but it bothers me to know it is there. I haven't found anything to get it off, and it should have just been semi-gloss latex paint. Suggestions?

Well, Before you start doing the semi-gloss latex paint you should arrange your door appropriately. Fix any flabby wallpaper or paint and sand down bristly stains using a fine-grit sandpaper. Fix holes with an proper fill wood filler for wooden walls or furniture.
