Tile damage from a ROTOVAC PW

One of my techs damged a customers tile the other day by leeting the rotocav come in contact with the tile, anyone know how to get out the black marks?

I know this is a little bit of an old thread, but was it ceramic tile? How did it end up cleaning up? Seems like an acid would take it off as long as it was ceramic tile.

If its just marked, try a magic eraser bad. I have used them with success on razor marks, etc.
