Tile & Grout Machines

I am trying to figure out what everyone is using to clean and restore old, dirty grout. My 175 rpm rotary machine with brushes just doesn't do the job. When I have work to properly restore grout I call in someone I know with a truck mounted system which works great. Problem is that he has difficulty reaching certain areas that he cannot access with his hoses. I have one potential job inside a hospital in the basement, up on higher floors, etc. that his truckmount sure won't reach. I know that you need high PSI to power the grout cleaning tool. Any portable machines that anyone would recommend?
Thank you,
Peter Weiss

We use a ETM (Electric Truck Mount) Portable for Tile & Grout jobs. Manufacturer is Cross American,Model Jaguar 8.4. Very powerful porty gets up to 800 psi, which is just over the minimal recommended pressure you need to effectively clean tile and grout. For Heat we use a Mytee Hot Turbo,up to 2400 watts. The Porty is very powerful, excellent Suction, has an auto Fill and Auto Dump, which comes in handy for tile jobs since you go through a ton of water compared to carpet cleaning.

For the Wand,we use the HydroForce SX 12,thats your spinner for tile and grout and also the Hydroforce Gekko exclusively for the grout lines.
