I AM ON THE 3RD DAY OF CLEANING A HUGE NEW CONSTRUCTION LOG CABIN,IT HAS 5 BATHROOMS,3 LEVELS, ALL WOOD OR TONGUE AND GROOVE WALLS THAT NEED VACUUM AND WIPED DOWN,HARDWOOD, CARPET,WRAP AROUND PORCHES AND MORE THAT I PROBABLY AINT THINKING ABOUT AT THIS MOMENT. THE HOUSE HAS SOLD FOR 1.5 MILLION. THE OWNERS ARE TO CLOSE ON IT WED. I FEEL LIKE I AM RUNNING IN CIRCLES, LOTS OF THINGS HAS WENT WRONG WITH THE CABIN(NOT ME. THE CONSTRUCTION CREWS) I HAVE BEEN THERE 3 DAYS THIS WEEK AND WILL GO BACK SUN,MON, TUES. WE HAVE HAD POWER PROBLEMS, WATER PROBLEMS(NONE TODAY) CARPET NOT LAID ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR. CREWS ARE NOT FINISHED AND WE ARE WORKING AROUND THEM AND THEIR STUFF! AGGERVATING!!! TODAY I CLEANED 18 WINDOWS INSIDE/OUTSIDE- THEY HAD ALOT OF STAIN ON THEM THAT IS SOOOO HARD TO GET OFF ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR REMOVING STAIN FROM WINDOW RUNNERS AND VINYL????

ANYWAY----- WHAT WOULD YA'LL CHARGE????? ALSO IT IS 75 MILES ROUNDTRIP TO AND FRO MY HOUSE.
BE HONEST AND GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK, THE CONTRACTOR THAT I DO THIS FOR IS GREAT AND HE DOESNT BAT AN EYE ON WHAT I HAVE CHARGED SO FAR, I USUALLY GET $400.00 FOR A 1,100 SQUARE FOOT STARTER HOME-- 2 BATH, 2 BEDROOM, HARWOOD, CARPET .LET ME KNOW WHAT YA THINK SOOOOON!!!!! MY BEST FRIEND CLEANS WITH ME AND WE SPLIT IT RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE.

THANK YOU!!!!

Lacquer thinner should get the stain off the window and maby vinyl but vinyl is tough if you don't get the stain off ASAP.

Now as far bidding the job my only guess is to estimate labor, supplies etc. There are times you might have to bite the bullet for experience and try to break even on $$ .

Good luck
