Anyone doing House flip cleaning?

I have gotten in with a investor that does strictly house flips and I have been doing final cleaning and now getting into the pre construction cleaning. I did one recently with a very nasty bathroom tile condition and it came out great but I greatly under bid this job.

Here is an example;

House 1- Post construction cleaning included vacuum dust from ceiling, cleaning windows, refer, kitchen, bath vacuum floors etc.... This was a very nasty bath.

House 2- Removed carpet, pad and staples, vacuum ceiling dust, cleaned kitchen and bathrooms, etc. Very badly soiled stove top and oven(had to scrape burned on food from oven. 3 applications of oven cleaner would not get it) Washed all walls with vinegar and amonia and water.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Help with chems would be greatly appreciated. Getting my pricing closer to what it should be after the 3rd house. Yes I am licensed and insured.

I do carpet cleaning and debris removal for a couple of investors. I was bearly breaking even until I started to put together a process for each house. Example writing down how long vacuuming a room should take and then divide by square footage ect.

Checkout my weebly site www.FreshCarpetandFloors.com
