Bidding new apartment building

I am going to bid on a new construction apartment building but not sure how to go about it without seeing the apartment. The comp ah sent me over specs. Of the apartment building and a five page list of the things that need done. I am not comfortable bidding on something like this without seeing it.many thoughts or suggestions? Thank you
Denise

Hi there Fellow,

I would suggest for you to put an estimate together and base the scope of work somewhat on the area, rooms or square footage including what will be cleaned. for example : estimate based on cleaning 4 medium condo's, kitchen, bathroom I and dining room. Cleaning entails, floor, kitchen counters and light fixtures etc. - Put things in writing. It will save you hassle later.

Prepare a proper estimate before bidding. This will save you from a lot of hassle and trouble.

Yeah that's right. You need estimate first before starting anything else.

The architect wanted final budgets before it would release plans for the second building, and only the square footage was known. Given this situation, the contractor decided future pre-construction services contracts would contain benchmark deadlines for architectural phases:

schematic design;
design development;
construction documents;
bidding and negotiations; and
construction administration.

I purchased my home insurance from the Internet. It was hard to find something suitable. I found the site which helped me out: Money Expert, that's not an advertisement, I just want to help you, this site provides information about insurance companies nearby, so you will be able to find something interesting.
Why didnít anyone tell me about this some months ago?!

Moving is a rather complicated task if you have no opportunity to get assistance from anywhere. So when you started to move, you can try different variants of the interior using this great helper https://planner5d.com/ and see them as you wanted to. After you tested different variants, you can choose the most interesting for you one.
