New contract needs some guidance

So I am new to the forum, so thank you for letting me in! LOL

I recently obtained 3 new home builds to start off with a popular builder locally. If we meet expectations, the vision is to offer us the whole neighborhood builds for clean up.

I have someone in mind that will be leading my cleaning efforts. But the million dollar question is what to pay. Money will be tight for 45 days or so, but I can work through that. But my question is how should I determine a pay scale or salary in a business that is determined by the value that you create in an hour and not how long it takes to get the job done.

Faster = more value. Hourly=time and materials that can eat up operating costs.....

SO, what path would or should we take to compensate?

Any suggestions?

In that case it is the same professional who can help you with new Sewer installation services. Septic tank installation is definitely not an easy thing to do. A tank is installed considering so many things, from your property’s size to the kind of system you will using.

Inspector: A professional who has experience of years is likely to be a good inspector too. He should have the qualities to figure the problems related to the tank no matter how tough it is. Since they are specialised in septic tank installation, they are expected to know all about that.

 Where a contract is expiring, there is no contractual requirement on either party
to give notice to terminate the contract or a specific service at the point at
which the contract expires.
