Pricing on new subdivision

I have a chance to bid on post construction clean up in a new subdivision. The house range from 2000 sqft up to 2600 sqft. What should I charge .20 sqft?

Is it for a national builder or a luxury home builder? The primary difference is national builders are often cheaper and have budgets set in mind. I've heard some of the bigger builders will offer 0.15/sq. ft. for a rough and final clean. Whereas a custom home builder will have fewer projects throughout the year and often take the middle bid over the cheapest for fear of compromised quality.

Are you offering to provide a rough, final and touch up clean? Or just the final? If it's all 3 I might be inclined to ask for 0.18-0.25/sq. ft. and $4.00-$6.00/glass surface depending on several factors: scope of work, location and the builder for example.

I'm assuming based on the square footage that these are cookie cutter homes through a national builder, so prepared to bid competitively. I would hit him at 0.20/sq. ft. and $5.00/glass surface. If the homes were larger, I'd drop the price per square foot.

Ultimately, figure out what you're going to spend in labor (unless its just you), equipment, gas and supplies. Then figure out what you want money wise to make the job worth it to you.
