I got a call asking if we clean res. new const. 'track housing'?
(It was on the phone , I believe I heard her correctly.)
I have an idea...maybe... just wanted to confirm the definition...Thanks.

Hi Lynndale,

I believe she's talking about tract housing, which is houses very similar in design, price, size, etc. to each other on the same tract of land. We call them housing developments up here in Boston. What's your idea?

We used to do this, but found it was too much hassle to clean. If you're going to approach this market, try to specialize so that your quoting process will be more refined.
