Question About Post Construction Cleaning Pricing - Residential
I have to bid on a 10,000 Sq foot home in Houston, TX. This is a custom designed home with 8 bedrooms and baths. Finished wood and travertine throughout. The home is 3 stories and has 86 windows.
Right now I'm considering charging hourly per worker, and a price per window. I'm thinking $35/hr per worker and $4.50 per window. What are your thoughts?
