Residential Construction

In Residential Construction, while there is always an emphasis on the time-line of the project, often there is a stronger emphasis on the design, meaning, to be in too much of a rush can be an enemy to the project. Here, ensuring the proper materials are used (i.e. the materials to be used are exactly what the Client had imagined in style, color and finished appearance) to produce a high quality finished product should be the primary focus. However, as with any construction project, time is of the essence and a timely completion is always a consideration.

Of course.... You are completely right........

All these factor must be considered for a Residential Construction.... But the main factor is Financial Budget...... You must take the expense estimation of the client into consideration........ It can be possible that in fulfilling client's demands, you cross over his budget.....

A problem we face with construction clean is that the contruction is raising to a deadline for handover to the owners and have only a day for the cleaning.

So they call us to come and do the clean. To our horror the work is still not completed and the new owners are moving in the next day.

We have to work arround the electricians and the cabinet makers and find that someone else has come in we were done to do some more work causing another mess.

Construction company hands over keys and gets complaints of the new mess. They call us up and complain infront of the owner. Who is the bad boy?

My advise on construction clean - never give a fixed quote - only provide an estimate.

Is it due to high amount of calcium carbonate that marble reacts with acids and other substances that causes damage to it?

I think it all depends on what it is you are actually cleaning. Depending on the materials needed to be cleaned will depend on how long it actually takes to do a cleaning. We try and provide our cleaning company with as much information as possible when we know we are going to be scheduling them to do a job. Our in house folks focus primarily on the mold cleaning.

I think most of people prefer to go through residential cleaning. Before finalize a deal with a costumer you should ask about his budget that how much your client will pay you for cleaning task. I have seen some time that client refuse to pay after cleaning by saying that his budget does not allow him to pay you. So, if you are going for a residential cleaning then clear everything before cleaning.

I really satisfied with your post because i have this bad experience with in past. Many people don't want to pay the coast of cleaning after done all works. So everyone should finalize a deal with every costumer before go to clean there home.
