Construction cleaning is HARD WORK

Trouble is if you haven't spelled out specifically what is and IS NOT (very important) included in the proposal you are going to end up

cleaning it...and for free.

These guys can be ruthless.

So if you have the idea that you can clean because you've been doing residential and you're not afraid of hard work that may be

your first mistake.

When you clean houses you don't have to wear a hard hat and leather boots, long pants, and drag your vacuum and all your cleaning supplies across a muddy parking lot that's a football field from where you're going.

But if you still think you've got what it takes, and you have this idea that you'll get rich doing this then learning how to look at a job and price it out is going to be very important.
