What things involve in Post Construction Cleaning

Post construction and post renovation cleaning services make sure that your commercial establishment or your residential places are clean and maintained so as to leave a good impression on your visitors.

Post construction cleaning services include removal of unwanted things such as vents, ceiling pipes, residual building material, and light fixtures. Complete sanitization of your bathrooms and kitchen are also two of the main post construction cleaning services that you may require.

An after builders clean is about being really thorough and paying attention to detail.

Dust will have settled on all surfaces, crevices & ledges and has to be totally removed. It's time consuming effort at the end of the day! We cleaned an office in Liverpool recently ecently which had undergone only minor renovations and yet we even had to clean the computers as the fine dust left from plastering seemed to get everywhere!

Construction Cleaning is more than just a fast vacuum and a quick mopping. Walls and windows need to be dry dusted, vacuumed and wiped. The same applies to cupboards and sinks.

I think Hiring male maids, is a good idea for construction cleaning.
Because not every one has much time to concentrate to learn more about the types of cleaning.

Post construction cleaning does not always include the site garbage removal like leftover pipes lumber and the like. For me it never did.
Usually it involves only the cleaning of the home or buildings surfaces-like windows, baths, kitchens, cabinets, flooring.

First things first-find out what the client actually wants-do they want the windows, baths, kitchens.etc?
If it is a commercial space like a bank or office, ask the same questions. What areas do you want cleaned, how many times.

Then price out each item based on your experience ( i suggest going slow as in do not take large projects immediately)
Based on your notes and experience-type up a list of what the client asked for on a quote form and include that list with your price.
Do not just tell someone a price without including a list (scope of work) of what is and IS NOT included in the pricing.
