Talking Collecting ideas about practical fitness

Hello!
As you already noticed this thread is off topic, but I would like to ask you to help me in gathering some ideas about practical everyday fitness.
This idea came up to me yesterday while I was cleaning. There are so much thing that we are doing daily that could be good for our figure. In addition my husband helped me develop this idea while he was lifting Matt, 3, as a weight while walking around the house. Before wiping the floors at home I warm up and while cleaning I do a number of squats. Afterwards I feel the tension in my feet which is really good for burning some fat. If you have other ideas I would like to hear them!

Best regards, Silvia Smith!

i remember watching a TV show on the same thing you're talking about. one thing i remember was a woman going up and down the stairs carrying her full laundry basket. she walked up and down a few extra times while carrying it. it's good cardio!

park further away in the parking lot when you go shopping, or to any store. any extra steps count. walking is very good for you. and on the plus side, parking further away- you don't have to worry about stupid door dings, or someone side swiping you to inch into the spot next to ya!

The most important thing is setting goals and being consistent with exercising.

Running is the ideal exercise for everyone. Also regular walking can improve your fitness and make your body strong as well as shapefull. It is also beneficial to our body and make our blood circulation system well.

If you want to make your fitness good and strong running is the best exercise for it. Everyday you have to go for running in everyday morning which makes your body fit and strong. Also you find your body stamina is increasing.
