Collecting ideas about practical fitness
As you already noticed this thread is off topic, but I would like to ask you to help me in gathering some ideas about practical everyday fitness.
This idea came up to me yesterday while I was cleaning. There are so much thing that we are doing daily that could be good for our figure. In addition my husband helped me develop this idea while he was lifting Matt, 3, as a weight while walking around the house. Before wiping the floors at home I warm up and while cleaning I do a number of squats. Afterwards I feel the tension in my feet which is really good for burning some fat. If you have other ideas I would like to hear them!
