How to clean caviar from the table?

I have found a little caviar blot on the table. I didn't know its origin, but simple methods are not working for this. So my question is how I can remove it? Because I do not like such conditions.

Well, I like to eat caviar more then remove it from anywhere. But, as for me, a lot depends on the manufacturer. For instance, I didn't have any problems after enjoying caviar. Just clean the plate, knife, table if necessary with the help of any cleaning means. Maybe you have anything with the synthetic strainer?
