On the topic of being clean, I think one important factor is breathing clean air. If you live in a city with all the smoke and fog outside your window, placing these plants would help filter and clean the air that you breathe.

Even though plants help, plants alone won't totally refresh the air.

Air purifier is also a good choice for keeping the air clean in room. The U-Garden Non-Electric Humidifier does not require power, so put it anywhere in your house and keep your room moist, and your skin beautiful. The U-Garden works on a simple principle - Simply put water into the container and the water will be absorbed by the green material and in turn evaporated, dispersing vapors into the air.
