Safe snow removal equipments

I am searching for snow removal equipments. I would like to know which one would be better and lasting. Also would like to know more safer means of snow removal. I found many chemicals which commercial snow removal services suggest for snow removal like salt, calcium chloride, potassium chloride . Would like to know which is more safe. I happened to see an article which says chemicals like Chlorides are dangerous . Found Eco Safe Glycol a good option. All suggestions are welcome

This has just sparked an idea for me. I think snow removal could be something we could expand into for the winter. Thanks!

I didn't realize you needed to clear the snow? Is it sidewalks or a roof?
