Employee issues

I would like some input from professional window cleaners who have employees. I've had an employee for two months now. I've done hands on for 2 weeks. And of course continously applying corrections as well as trying to train them to think. This employee is always wasting time. And I have yet to make any money off of him. I feel he's just a paycheck puller. I've had talks. I have taught step saving moves. To no avail he is no faster. This is the first employee I've ever had that is not making me money within a month. His work is good but no speed. Not even with drying out a window. I'm I right? Just a paycheck puller? Input on how soon new employees have made you money.
Thanks

Yepp. Sounds like they don't want to learn.

Some people are just slow though. Have you talked them about the speed issue?
