Lowes had a possible tool for us

I saw a Poulan leaf blower than doubled as a vaccum and a mulcher. It came with a little bag and it would suck up leaves, sticks, dry crap and mulch it up. I thought for DRY gutter situation this would be awesome. Its small enough and light enough to use on a ladder or up on the roof. I know alot of gutters are wet so you'd have to use the good old fashioned by hand method, but for a dry gutter I think it would make life easy. Opinions?? My last gutter job was basicallt just small amounts of dirt, dried leaves and peanut shells(elderly lady feeds the birds peanuts and they go to the roof and crack the shells open and all the shells roll into the gutter).

Seems like it would be a time saver for dry leaves. With a 5/12 pitch, you could just walk the roof edge with it. I have blown out wet leaves and it makes a huge mess and have been bagging them by hand. Time consuming though...up the ladder, down the ladder, move the ladder and repeat.

Im thinking im going to pick it up and just keep it in the OL' tool box. I also never blow leaves or debris from the gutters because it does make a heck of a mess down below. I do by hand and only do it once

We are the opposite. We blow it out using compressed air blower. We can use a long wand and blast it out quickly. Yes, makes a mess below as you say and we do have to clean that up but we have the equipment to make quick work of that too.
