Weather Conditions

During the cold months I try to do windows with temp. above 25 degrees but does any body clean outside windows with temperatures below 20 and with wind chill factor at less then 20. What is the best and normal temp. to be outside in the months of Dec. Jan. and Feb.

Yes we did it for one of our client as she wants to open her office in winter season. So we did cleaning of that old office for our client and obviously there was very cold outside but we have to do that. That time we use hot water for cleaning as that office was very dirty. After cleaning that client was very happy.
