Window cleaning for my office

Hi friends,
I own a company in Markham. The infrastructure is done in such a way that it's covered with glass in all the 3 sides. Now since it's winter I would like to know how to clean the windows to maintain the fresh look. It has been only 1 year since I started this company. So I don't know how window cleaning is done. Some of my friends came up with the idea of hiring window cleaning services. What are your views on that? What would be the expense? How often should the windows be cleaned? Please share your views on that? Thanks in advance.
