Bidding Help

We are bidding a 3 location therapy center. Each building will take approximately 3 hours per night and is to be cleaned 5 nights per week. We will need to hire 1 person to clean along with my husband. The cleaning requirements also include disinfecting therapy toys and equipment and large window area by a swimming pool. Looking for bidding suggestions.

I was mostly residential but I did some commercial so I will go by just what I did.....You already know how many hours it will take (3 man hours per facility or is that 6 man hours .....3 hours with 2 people)....what is your hourly rate...what you would like to see hourly and what is the competitive rate in your area?

If I was bidding on that location and it was in my area, I would probably charge around $20/hour. There are MANY factors that go into figuring out a price...if you can keep your profit margins above 25% you'll be fine.

Guys, keep in mind it depends on the area/state you live in also that factors into what you should charge. Minimum wage, state taxes, the demand for cleaning services in your area, the type of job, ect. These factors can increase and decrease what you should expect to charge

Bidding wars are heating up across the country as buyer demand continues to offset the number of homes for sale. Buyer competition is even affecting towns that rarely see bidding wars, due to the lack of lower-priced inventory.
