Hi Rick,

Much of that would be determined by what kind of work you intend to go after. Commercial concrete cleaning would normally require a hot water unit with approximately 3,000 psi for gum removal and oil/grease clean up. Residential cleaning is a bit less demanding and a cold water unit would do the trick for house washing, driveways, etc. More often than not, a good sodium hydroxide based cleaner would be used for much of the cleaning, as well as sodium hypochlorite, sodium metalsilicate and butyl for various other cleaning applications. Let us know what you intend to clean and we can help you further.

You need to read for about 60 hours on everything you can find on the topic via various BBS's. You need to do research and develop a business plan with realistic goals and budgets (take another three months to do that) When you have yourself educated, and positive of your intentions and course of action secure about ten grand and I will personally help you run a very successful business.
