How do you figure out how much time a room needs for bidding purposes

What are normal amounts of time for various rooms?
Bathrooms, Kitchen, Bedroom, etc.

Do you add on time for cleaning more exotic surfaces or people with more "stuff" How does that work with quoting? What about pets?

You need to consider everything !!! Pets things they have that need to be mobed and put back that takes time practice at home and I say add another forty five minutes to that to stay on the safe side
