Janitorial General Contracting?

Does anyone here operate a janitorial/commercial cleaning company that only does the basic cleaning (restrooms, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, etc), and subs out the more technical work such as stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, etc..? Kind of like a janitorial general contractor.

If not, have you heard of any companies that do it this way? I'm curious how that would work out.

I "farm/contract" out the larger strip&wax and carpet jobs. Example I had someone strip&wax 8000 sq ft, marked the bid up $100 for me as I had to let them in and lock up when they were done.

small carpet jobs (under 1000 sq ft) I do my myself either rent a carpet cleaning machine or use my new oreck orbital using bonnet carpet cleaning.

Hello there,
Having the right commercial cleaning service is essential for the well-being of their company .It is fact that a janitorial cleaning company will be able to do a lot for your business and can cater quality services for your needs.
