Office Cubicle Bids

Hello,
I have been asked to price an open office space that has 78 cubicles, and have no idea how to price this. The cubicles are 6.5X6.8 each. Has anyone else had success in pricing this type of environment? Since each cubicle has to be cleaned, would you price each one as a separate office space, and what would you charge? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Congrats on the opportunity to bid. The cubicles do they contain 1 desktop or two---L shape or three--U shape?
Are there above the desk shelves? for each cubicle?
Cubicle divider tops if they are the 1/2 wall/divider type.
Trash 7 recycle for each cubicle
Floor to vacuum?
How often will it be serviced? 2x week then skip dusting the above desk shelving as an example.

There are cleaning times guide which cover some or all of your bid.
https://www.parish-supply.com/pdf/IS...df----remember this is a guide, your times maybe faster or slower.

Brad,
Thanks for the response! The cubicles are L-shaped, with shelves but no tops. Carpet needs vacuuming daily as they eat at their desks, and trash cans at each station. The client has asked me to provide a proposal for cleaning both 3&5 days per week. The total square footage for the entire building is 14k, and the "bullpin" as I call it where the cubicles are located accounts for 5,000sq ft. Any advice on pricing? What would you charge per sq ft for this sort of thing?

You didn't say if the bid was just the cubes or the whole building.

Example. 1 cube takes 1 minute to clean handset, desktop, cube top, chair base, trash & recycle out etc. full service
light service would be desktop handset trash & recycle
1st day full service # of cubes x 1 minute each =______________ minutes
2nd day light service # cubes x 45 seconds each = _________ minutes
3rd day Full service # cubes x 1 minutes each =____________ minutes

Vacuum 5000sq ft with 16" floor tool wall to wall____________ minutes---the parrish cleaning times guide list this
Vacuum 5000 sq ft spot vacuum________________________ minutes
Total minutes for each week______? X # service days /weeks each month
The above are Examples.Brad BD Janitorial

I see. The quote is for the entire 14,000 sq ft building. About 5,000 of it is cubicle space. I didn't see anything on the parish site that identified cleaning times for cubicles. I am somewhat new to the industry. Can you give me an idea of what you would charge per sq ft for the cubicle space? I want to bid competitively, but also don't want to under estimate the dollar about and time requirements.

Parrish cleaning time is by the sq ft or foot. Vacuuming is done by 1000 sq ft. Each cube desk is 3 ft x # of cubes
Again my $ rate is probably different than the rates for your area. That is why I suggested a price range $____ to $_____ --this would be the low end--what could you live with?

5000 sq ft of cube space x 10 cents per sq ft = $500 per month / 15 cleaning days per month = $33.33 per cleaning day--Again this an example. 2hours to cleans cubes = $16.66 per hour.
