Sub Contracting

I have been getting quite a few requests for business that is outside of our service area and am contemplating sub contracting these leads out to house cleaners in that general area.

I have been speaking to someone that has just recently moved into the area from Florida and she did this for two years there. If her references and background checked out she would love to take on some business with a 50% split of the fee.

Does anyone have a good sub contracters form that covers non compete's?

Also, what are the pro's thoughts on this? Good idea or bad?
