Question Workers Comp in Pa $13.73/$100????

Hi All, I currently have a workers comp policy that charges $13.73 per $100 of payroll, and I think that's ridiculously expensive. This is for residential cleaning, i have 8 employees and I am in business nearly 2 years. Am i at least in the ballpark of what everyone else is paying??
