Spray oxi-clean on it and let it sit for a while, then rinse it off. See what it does.

Firstly brush off any loose mold from the cloth and hang your cloth in the sun to dry out and to kill mildew. Then soak your fabric in cold water and wash it in the hot water with detergent, then allow it to get dry in the sun. If stain remains then clean it with diluted chlorine bleach and after 10 minutes again wash it as usual.
