Best Floor compact floor machine.

Hey there community,

We are a small commercial cleaning company here in Ohio. We’d like to use a scrubber on some floors that we mop. Most being restaurant tiled and grouted. Could you send in your recommendations for a small but powerful floor machine that could fit in our cars. Somthing that would beat mopping anyway but wouldn’t add a great deal of extra time.

Thanks!!!

I had a commercial kitchen account similar to the 1 you are servicing. If the tiled floor you are cleaning is a restaurant / food service or commercial kitchen my suggestion would be--- the products below are for FOOD Grade Grease

http://www.eatoils.com/product/superfloordegreaser try this product, I have used it and it is Amazing, needs 1x brush scrub to agitate the old Food Grade Grease Build up, the product EATS food grade grease.. NO rinsing, NO pushing to floor drains.
The product is expensive... My customer was amazed with the results after a few uses.

A similar product but cheaper is from; https://www.enzymesolutions.com/enzymes/ The Industrial Floor Cleaner.. this product works well and can be mixed for heavy or light food grease on the floor. same as above, may need to brush scrub for 1st or 2nd applications.

We currently use the Tennant T1 floor scrubber and we love it!

Its nice and small so we can fit it into our van. About 80% of our employees can pick it up on there own and unload/load it from/to the van.

I highly recommend you get the corded version because the battery operated scrubber adds i think another 50lbs.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Tennant wastewater treatment plants are among the best you can find on the market because of their features and price-cost ratio.

About how many SQ FT per hour?
Do you have to vacuum/sweep the floor before using the T1?
Would it work on floors that are pretty dirty even after vacuuming them?

I am beginning researched for a compact floor scrubber as well. Can anyone tell me which is better as far as the circular pad or just the roller brush?
Thank you
