Powerful Grease Remover

Mix baking soda with vinegar and lime juice to create an even more powerful grease remover. Not to mention that this will make a nice "green cleaning product".

Carpet Cleaning with Baking Soda

I use baking soda to clean carpets daily.

in the right amounts you can mix baking soda, soda ash, and citric acid, to have a neutral ph, very high carbon dioxide content and it just cleans carpets so nicely.

there are a few patents on the mixture,,,, so simple a patient seems funny, but Harris research who started chem dry, owns a patient, and so does Carbonated Solutions, another carpet cleaning franchise.

So hats off to sodium bi-carbonate, the amazingly simple yet effective cleaner

Baking soda is an abrasive. So I tend to avoid scrubbing polished surfaces. Creamy cleaners are better for metal subjects.

Baking soda is a deodoriser. I pour some in the ashtrays to help prevent the smell from spreading around.

Yes, I completely agree with your post. All the tips you have provided are very effective and useful. Its always good to use baking soda to clean the kitchen cabinets and counters. The stove and refrigerator will come out sparkling. Baking soda is a mild abrasive, so check for wear on “soft” paints and varnishes.

Cleaning with baking soda

I also agree with you all, baking soda is really effective and useful, it is known to have many uses. It also helps in getting rid of rigid stains from fabric and very easy to apply. Baking soda can also be used to cure health problems like, treat insect bites or for scalp problems.

Thank for the information!

I already heard about that but I still didn't try it!
I think it is even a good method to try to contaminate as little as possible!

Baking soda is really very effective and easy to use. Apart from baking soda there is many other homemade products which is beneficial for cleaning. But baking soda helps a lot in cleaning; I always prefer baking soda for removing stain and for cleaning it always work for me.

I agree with the above uses, but please be careful when using around marble surfaces. Baking Soda is pH 9 and can cause damage to polished calcium based stones like marble, travertine and some polished limestones.

I use baking soda to clean carpets with deep stains in them. Otherwise I use a type of steamer cleaner to get out minor buffs.

Lots of carpeting entrepreneurs often wonder what would be the good soap to use when interacting with dust. Usually what comes into most of their thoughts are a variety of general washing alternatives. Baking soda is a very useful as well as an amazing thing in the cooking area and also for eliminating dust and spots from our outfits.

These look fantastic tips. Baking soda is great for a number home remedies and cleaning uses, and baking soda makes a fantastic non abrasive cleanser for cleaning dried grease spatters from the stove, and other kitchen appliances. The baking soda won't scratch appliances, and it will leave them naturally clean and fresh.
