Cleaning Bleachers

We have plastic bleachers where I work. We have numerous events that require use of the bleachers, so we have little time to clean them as they are taken back in almost immediately after an event. We have been tasked to clean the flooring to no avail. Alot of the stains are still very visible and cannot be removed. The floor is some type of grey laminate with a slightly rough texture. Mopping does not cut it but will remove recent stains. We use Hillyard Chemicals. The best product that we found to work is the Host Carpet Cleaning Compound. Any help or ideas on cleaning the flooring of the bleachers would be very much appreciated.
