I recommend visiting your local janitorial supplier and building a relationhsip with them. They should be able to train you on the products and equipment they carry and make recommendations when you run into tough cleaning situations.

I similar to "cleaning-success", I have found the best cleaning product supplier's website. My favorite product is the Basic H2, reason that, itís so flexible.
