CleaningTalk.com now Pros Only - Please update your profile

We are now moving to a Pros Only format for CleaningTalk.com. This is a format that we have been using on ContractorTalk.com for over a year now and it has really helped the site.

You will see a few changes because of this.
First, we have removed the consumer questions forum. From now on all consumer questions will be handled at www.DIYChatroom.com.

Second, every new member that registers will be required to fill in a valid cleaning or restoration trade to be able to join.

Third, while it's not required for you to do so I encourage each of our current members to update their profile and fill in a valid cleaning or restoration trade.
You can update your profile here: http://www.cleaningtalk.com/profile.php?do=editprofile

Last, CleaningTalk.com covers a wide variety of different cleaning and restoration topics. To help sort out who does what we are adding a new profile field under your username and avatar that will list your trade.

Here is an example for the ContractorTalk.com site.

We hope you enjoy the changes and I look forward to this site growing into a huge resource for cleaning and restoration professionals everywhere.

I will update.
Although I am familiar with Carpet cleaning techniques, I am not a cleaning pro.

Hopefully I can slide....

I think you cross the line a little like I do. Although I will say that I "THOUGHT" I knew how to pressure wash a house before I started this site. Now I've been taught a few things by the pros.

Glad to hear it!

Give us some more time to grow and I think this place will really have some value. Can't wait.
