Question Diluting soap on counter tops?

Hello every one. My name is Dennis Fucci. I have been in business now for 12 years. Fucci's Cleaning Service. I do only commercial accounts and carpet cleaning in homes. I just got a new account and its a mess as is all the accounts I get. I have a lot of soap built up on the ladies room counter tops. When you run a wet rag over the counter all you get is a lot of soapy sum. Does anyone know how I can dilute it and get it back to normal. There is a lot of build up. Thanks

If you have an excess soap buildup, try scraping it off as much as possible with a plastic putty knife. Then, wipe down with a hot, wet towel to get more excess off, turning the towel on each pass to a clean side.

Lastly, use vinegar and water solution to neutralize what's left. About a cup to one half-gallon of water should work.

Once you have done what Joel suggested if you still have some left on the counter top get a magic eraser soaking wet and give it a few swipes then wipe with a dry towel.
