Finding Labor

I'm hoping to get some advice on how I can best find employees to help me on jobs. My back doesn't take long days of pressure washing like it once did, and I'm looking to hire a crew to perform the jobs that I can get lined up and take that physical burden off of me. Any and all advice would be much appreciated!

In today's economy where it is an employee market you have to provide an attractive competitive package. Don't think you will do this on the cheap and underpay employees. Be competitive with pay and benefits and then set yourself apart by treating your employees with respect. Interestingly, most small companies don't bother to do that which makes it easy for you! Promoting your business is simply done on typical job posting sites. They are everyone and are heavily trafficked. No reason to educate you on that.
