Grafetti on limestone?

I need to remove grafetti from what I have been told might be limestone.
This is on a drug store in Fort Collins, Colorado.
It is at the very top of a three story building.
It would appear that delinquent reached over from the roof.
The stone is smooth.
It would be very difficult to remove with sandblasting or a pressure washer as each would be very heavy to lug up a ladder to the roof or from a very long ladder from the sidewalk.

Any chemical solutions?

The best product for graffitti removal:

We do grafitti removal for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Philadelphia School District. This stuff is the best I have found.
