Granite/Marble floors!

I have searched for threads here and Googled info on this. I have a new client who has granite floors, yet they are like marble in the bathrooms. He told me they are granite, so I used my Weiman's granite cleaner/polish on them. They looked beautiful, but he said when he stepped on a rug he almost went flying and it's too slippery.
I would like recommendations of a good cleaner for those types of floors. Thank you

also just to add, they are polished granite floors. He has area rugs on them but it's slippery. I don't know what to use on those floors so they shine but are safe.

I have never cleaned for anyone with a granite floor...only countertops. But I make a homemade cleaner I put in a spray bottle that you may want to try. Its safe for marble too! I combine 2 cups water, 1/2 cup rubbing alcohol, 8 drops Dawn dish soap ( you can use Castille soap if you prefer) and about 4 drops of essential oil that smells good to you. You can use a microfiber mop and just spray the floor as you go or if its a large space then use a bucket but just increase amount of water, etc. Good luck!
