Has anybody read "Maid" by Stephanie Land

Just finished reading the book, Maid. It is the story about a single mother struggling to survive as a house cleaner. Her struggles are interesting and heartfelt but I am not sure about her characterization of the cleaning industry and the customers as well. While we specialize in carpet cleaning, I think her comments reflect on the industry in whole. What do you think?

Never read it but I can tell you that in my opinion house cleaning is an honorable service. I know that my employees and I work hard and are proud of what we do. Even though we only clean windows and gutters, I cannot imagine anybody saying bad things about what we do. We work extremely hard and provide an amazing service.

Havent read it, so could you tell us HOW she described the cleaning business? Obviously not good thoughts, but I would like to know more.
