I have the opportunity to do business to business sales in March. So, I really wamt to push the commercial side of cleaning. (I've done residential for 2 years) ready to start cleaning businesses and eventually floors.
I have my business cards ready and will have packets made up with a welcome and follow up letter.
Any tips on how to break the ice and get the conversation started? Really nervous about that.
I usually let people come to me on the residential end. (Referrals) all help is very appreciated.
Also, I have noticed in my area, Missouri, that basic office cleaning is priced less than residential. Is that normal?
