How Much should I Charge ?

Hi,

i am new to the cleaning business. I would like to know around how much should my company charge for cleaning apartments. I mean apartments who just had people that moved out and the property owner wants them ready for other family to move in.

Thank you!

I'm guessing

I'm new here as well:
1. depending on the area you are in, you want to check competitors rates.
2. I price based upon the level of service and my companies value.
3. create a scale that will determine these rate for the future, i.e. less than 1k (sf) .70 per (sf) 1k and more .30 per (sf). as I said this is just some guessing, but We are 6 years in business and this method has opened a lot of doors. yeah some stayed closed, but we are still here. Good Luck.

Oh, geeze, that sooo depends on your market. I work for a little low-end franchise that I think charges about $150 for an apartment move-out clean. But this is an inexpensive area of the U.S. and our clients pretty much get what they pay for.

depends upon...

As far as I know, it depends upon how big the house or apartment is. You can do some research of by square meter charging.
