Hi Julia,
You sound like me, three and a half years ago. I was tired of being broke. Thought I would do pet sitting, but that didnt earn me enough. I began cleaning houses, and of course at first I made mistakes. I learned from them.
I get most of my business of two websites that operate nationally, I believe. Care.com and Thumbtack, both are quite good. Thumbtack is not free - you do pay a fee, and it is quite confusing. Care.com has other weird rules. But they DO find me work, and now I stay busy 5 days a week. It takes some time to build up a good reputation in cleaning or whatever you decide to do.
I no longer pet sit, except for cats. I love cats, and always will. I no longer take dog sitting jobs, because I prefer being honest with customers. I just am not a dog person.
I would like to hear how you are doing, since I can relate to your situation.
Annie

As far as your question is concerned, I would like to say that hygiene is very essential in any business or establishment. It can affect the success of a business. So picking the right Commercial Cleaning Service Provider must be the uppermost vital things to do of any business. It is very imperative that the company you will employ has legal permits to perform the solution you are requiring.

The hardest part of starting your own cleaning service is obtaining those first clients. Most clients want to know how long you have been in business and want references. The best thing to do is let clients know that, yes, you are new to the business but that you have thoroughly researched all aspects of the cleaning business and assure them that you know what you are doing and that you are quite capable of cleaning their home to their specifications. Be confident. I can't stress this enough. Clients love to see confidence. It relieves their worries and lets them know that their home is in good hands.
