It's just the same as the golden rule "Do unto others what you want others will do unto you". If you leave the place in its proper setting and very spic and span, your are leaving a lasting, good impression.

yes, i remeber intering a dirthy office when we moved to another town and this was very awful... i can belive that people can live in that mess.

Office moves always need good organization. If that falls to you, the last thing you will want to think about is sprucing up the premises once everyone is out. End of lease cleaners can take on that task and make sure you comply with every term in the original lease. Thanks!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on tidying things up before leaving a rented office space or building. I also think it is but common courtesy to do so not to mention the items that you might leave in your previous location that might be essential to your business. It is also quite annoying for the building owner and the new occupant if your leave the place disorganized.
