I would like to know how i should price my cleaning jobs-is it by the square foot and how much per--or should i charge by the hour, how should i incorporate my expenses into a final price
I suggest to request quotes or rough estimates from 2 service providers in both Square foot or hourly basis. This will bring some clarity as what I am after about and how much is going to be the budget. After that, I'll make final decision!
Totally depends but always keep in mind the intensity. If it's some sort of office premises than charge per sqf. If it's some small room try to coe up with some sort of deal like all carpets clean for $55 per room etc depending upon what you're cleaning. It works best, at least for us
I suggest to level the square foots like
- Simple cleaning per square feet
- Deep cleaning per square feet with normal carpets
- Deluxe cleaning per square feet with heavy rugs
