Marble floors get hotter because it absorbs the heat slowly as well as the water, and the carpet does the opposite. It actually works as an isolator.

Marble is one of the most sophisticated of stones. It is generally smooth and polished, although it can come in a rough texture. Its use historically is very widespread in both art and architecture. At the same time it requires efficient restoration and maintenance!

Marble is metamorphosed limestone , that is, limestone that has been melted and allowed to resolidify. If the original limestone is a calcite limestone, then the marble is a calcite marble (i.e., mostly CaCO3); if the original limestone is a dolomitic limestone, then the marble is a dolomitic or magnesian marble (i.e., mostly CaMg (CO3)2)

There must always be alert that offices is not at risk of deadly illnesses. It should be kept in mind that there must constantly see to it that the work areas get a regular sanitation service; it would help business operating and the will keep people safe from the threat of illnesses.

Marble

Marble is made from compressed minerals capable of taking high polish. It is widely accepted as far as flooring is concerned and itís true that no other natural stone can provide such a glamorous look. As the stone is very sensitive to acids and other chemicals it requires proper care and maintenance.
Marble Polishing is a crafty task meant for only trained and well-equipped professionals who can perform the job efficiently. This task is a big "no" for the do-it-yourselfers though primarily it seems easy.
The procedures of Marble Polishing include grinding, stripping, repairing, honing and polishing and the products include marble cleaners, etch or spot removers, sealers, e.t.c. but the vital part lies in the implementation of the methods effectively.
Feel free to comment here.Thank You!

7,000 sq. ft building cleaning bid

The type of building, what the occupants of the building do in the building (manufacturing, office work, warehouse etc), the amount of foot traffic coming and going from the building all contribute to how dirty the building is and how time consuming it will be to clean. Square footage is not created equal; a 7,000 sq. ft. building with a few large rooms will generally be easier to clean than a 7,000 sq. ft. building with numerous small rooms. The frequency of cleaning per week also affects the total monthly cost. It increases the total monthly cost but decreases the cost per cleaning since it will be cleaner each visit. There are numerous variable to the equation. That being said an average monthly cost for basic cleaning is 7 cents per sdquare foot per month. Accordingly, a 7,000 square foot office will run approximately $490 per month.

Costs vary considerably depending on how much you want done and how often, and pricing is not at all clear-cut -- it depends a great deal on the company. Many cleaning companies will charge a flat rate for smaller jobs. Emptying the trash and light cleaning (vacuuming and dusting) in an extremely small office starts around $20 -$30 per visit and goes up depending on office size, the number of restrooms and the type and amount of cleaning requested.

To remove rust from metal sinks, wet the stain and pour baking soda on the stain. Let it set limited, run water and wipe the dust down the drain. I think most people think about cleaning their office, the cleaning is more just decluttering removing stacks of papers, sorting through unread mail, organizing bills.

Hey, thank you for the tip. I often use baking soda in my house cleaning, but I have never used this recipe before

$490 per month sounds awfully low if he's suppose to clean it 4 times a week. That will be about $30 per visit or less. I doubt that would be worth the effort, gas, and supplies. 7000sq.ft. is not small and will take a little bit of time. The strategy we use is to approximate how much time it will take you to clean it. That way you get an idea how much you should charge for it per visit and use # of visits a month x price per visit equation for monthly invoicing. The price should also reflect supplies you will use. Important thing to remember is to make sure that you have the garbage bag, toilet paper, and paper towel situation clear from the beginning. If the office manager wants you to supply them then it can get pricey.

Actually it depends on the marble you are using for the purpose. If it is with high quality there should be no problem to reuse it.
