Powders or Shampoo?

I am using Craftex Premium Clean Powder since 2010. The dilution rate for this product is 1 to 500, it cleans very well, PH 12 & it costs 30 euros fir 5kg. You cant fault it. But some other carpet cleaning contractors reckon that powders block the copper fittings and the whole hose system. In 9 years it has never happened to me.

I just wonder if you guys have any opinions on this?

Thank you
