Problem with cleaners

I have a problem with the cleaners who work at the wellness center I go; when they clean the locker room, they mop everywhere inside there (even where there is people) and sometimes they touch me with the mop, the first times they did it with my sports shows/thongs, which bothered me, but what really infuriated me was when the cleaner touched some of my foot fingers with the mop, that was very unpleasant and nothing like that had happened to me until then. I told him to be careful, but he didn't answer, I don't know if he didn't hear me or if he just ignored me. It's really disgusting that someone touch you with a dirty mop.

There is many water in the locker room because people ofenly come from the pool or from the showers, and I understand that the water has to be cleaned, but I think that can be done without bothering people, keeping some distance, they might clean zones where there is no people, but they don't, they want to clean as much as possible so they touch people, only one cleaner (a substitute) did it by keeping certain distance.

What is the best solution for this problem? I wrote an email to the cleaning company speaking about this (I got no answer) and I also wrote a complaint to the center but it didn't help much, so now I go to the center at times where cleaners don't work there. Luckily, I live near to there.

I don't think that they do that to scrub me, but despite of that it feels bad, as I say.

People here who clean can give their point of view about this, I understand that cleaners might be tired of doing the same during hours, but that's not an excuse to be so disrespectful with users.

PS. If there are mistakes in the text, that's because my english is not native.

Oh, dear, change the wellness center or simply ask the others if they had got the same unpleasant experience with the cleaners there. Maybe if more people make a complaint, the wellness center will change the company their using.

Cleaning staff

I definitely do not think that is in any way appropriate or acceptable. Regardless of the job and what needs to get done, that is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Talk to the wellness center staff and I'm sure they'll have some sort of solution to offer. Changing the cleaning staff is probably the best solution for this. It'll also teach them a lesson!

I think the best solution is to move to an area in which they aren't currently working. It sounds like they are really into their job & want to get the floor as clean as possible. It's impossible to do when people are in the way.

That is just wrong. If there is no response from the Center, change it
