Stripping and Waxing Large area

I just wanted to ask a questions about what to do when you are stripping and waxing large area and cannot finish everything at once. What if I have to come back few days and get the job done? Would it be the best to divide are in sections and do those sections on days you have them scheduled? How do you not leave any markings indicating that area was not done all at once? I guess what I am asking how to you make it look like it was all done at once? One constant flow.

Also would you use auto scrubber on 16k sqft floor or go with regular machine. Area is divided into rooms of various sizes, but there is one large area which takes most of the space.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you
