Walmart vct floors

Hi , our store is only two years old and the manger finally wants the stores floors refinished

I have done many floors before but new to the Walmart way

What I need to know is how to approach this job , how many people? How big an area? Swing machine or autoscrubber ?

They want us to do entire store with two people and the store is about 100,000

sq ft

We are not getting any support from management as to help or nessasary tools

If anyone has any ideas that would be great thanks

Walmart floors

Store is about 100,000 sq .feet

Only 2 people to do stripping ! What's the fastest way to do this job?

More people ? More equipment? We are only getting about 1200 sq ft done per night , on a good night

Help. what's the best way to do this

My question to you is.... what's the rush? You get paid hourly. WalMart will be thee for many years.... don't let it worry you. People who are in higher positions call that job security. But really.... what's the rush? Are they saying you need to get more done per shift?
